Matt   ....   It's certainly different from anything I've seen.   I'm assuming that the additiona circuit board that's riding "piggy back" on top of the ringer is connected to the smaller circuit board on the back of the key pad.    Is that key pad a DTMF type, or digi-pulse ?      I've never seen that type of hook switch, or it's location either.       That would leave a small space directly under the ringer and under the top portion of the dial.     Is there something else installed in that location ?

I have one with that tone dial with cuicuit board.The touch pad was Norelco or Philips .Got it from Vaverchak.had  a PA telephone number chassis was 1957 554 with black hook
