These just appeared, and they are so cute, that I couldn't resist.  I expect that a dials and mini networks can be added to make these into functional phones (not that I really need more phones).

That's certainly true.  However, you can also display them as they were manufactured and used.  You could even hook up a few and have a working intercom system in your house.
