This to me looks like an all original c. 1935 oval 202:

Original H3B handset cord--cloth with cloth covered conductors. (c. 1928-1937)
149B celluloid number plate (c. 1935-1938)
395B "bullet" transmitter (c. 1928-1935)
newer logo on handset (c. 1932-1938)
No cork pads added to baseplate by tech or by WE shop (to prevent phone from moving when you're dialing)
4H dial?? ( c. 1930-1938)

The dial is probably a 4H but may be converted from a 2A. The finger stop looks more like a 1931-1932 than a 1935. I have found 202s and 302s that were all original except for a remanufactured 4H (twin contacts added) or converted 2A>4H dial.
