I was paging through Ebay and noticed that their are still some #400 series Key cards floating around out there... just out of curouosity, what ever happened to the 1A2 system..... does anyone even have them in use anymore? since to advent of the "Electronic" telephone, key systems seem to have vanished.... A lot of the cards have gotten recycled as they seem to fall under the "Computer" category when they show up in thrift store and electronic shops....  a lot of the new stuff is self contained and plugs right into a regular jack.... Panasonic was real good at offering a 4 line phone that didn't need anything else for it... the SOHO movement really fueled the fire for those.... all one has to do is go to any staples, or office depot and the phones are right there.... sad isin't it.....

Indeed.
It is sad how we allow technology to lead us by the nose, and leave us with sub satisfactory results.
Anyone ever have a dropped call on a land line?
