Yes, thanks.

Wasn't quite right on choice of words. Was thinking "deter,ome PPS" and "adjust to get it into spec."

My bad. Glad you caught that. Doing too much at once last night.

I have found that a little oil on a 5H makes all the difference in the world when it comes to speed.

Update:
I finally got a partial refund on the dial (although no admission that it was not NOS).

In addition, a tiny amount of oil carefully appied, resulted in normal speed :)
