May you please point me in to the right directon of how to make enameled dial plates?

I know it is something added on a metal plate, and baked, how, and what, at least I have the kiln available.

Talk to your local arts and crafts people, many artists make enamel coatings in all kinds of colors.

You need a blank piece of steel of correct proportions and some powdered glass.  I believe the white coat goes on first then the other colors are added. I think there was an article in Singing Wires or the ATCA newsletter about someone fabricating a 132-B.

I think you are referring to this article about the 132-B

Those are plastic coated with paper.  I have one and they are pretty cool, but that's not the one I was thinking of.

There is this topic which seems to concur with the process you posted above but it may not be the one you are thinking about. It's from 2010.
