This guy needs a new keypad and I'd just like to replace the whole hookswitch assembly and want to be sure I get the right one.

You have a Western Electric 1C chassis missing the 20A acceptor and totalizer.  Ebay has some parts to get it back. Or better seek payphoneinstaller here on this forum.
