How do you wire the phone to use the "M" terminal on early 500s with the 425A network?

As nobody seems to know, I poured through the "Bell System Practices" and C32.537 section 3.02, "Silencing of ringers", hints at how to wire it.  The column in BOLD FACE type is the wire that is moved to silence the ringer, so putting the other 3 wires where it shows there, and experimenting with the wire that is supposed to be moved, will give the correct location.  Yes, I know it is no longer necessary to wire ringers for Message Rate and Automatic Ticketing, but it is nice to know how it was done back then.
