Hello my names Tristan, I've gathered a small collection of rotary phones and am looking to expand my collection and my knowledge. Some of the phone's in my collection I've gathered so far are some WE 500's, a princess, a Chest Phone, and a WE 554. As well as some touch tones. I also wanted to pick you guys' brain a little bit to try and get a little more info on this phone at a local antique store. It's apparently a WE Mine Phone like this:

Their asking $500 on ebay but I'm sure thats more then its worth, the one at the local antique shop is in better condition, and their only asking $180. Just wanted to get you guys' opinion on it, what you think it's worth, and if anyone might be interested in it if I did get it? Let me know, and I'll be posting pictures of my other phones tomorrow (The chest phone and the Princess) because I wanted to also get opinions on the chest phone and had some questions on the princess. Thank you for your time, Tristan.

I still think $180 is high for this phone, but they are so darn heavy the shipping is going to kill you on ebay. I could have bought one two years ago for $75, but I was worried about WE500's at the time.

Thank you Dan! I appreciate you letting me know that, I know all about those high shipping costs, and the shipping costing half or more then what the items even worth!  ;D

I paid $199.99 a month ago for one in much better shape on eBay.

Hey Dave, Yours looks really nice! Interesting that it has the touch tone, I've never seen one like that before.
