I can't help on the correctness of the wiring, but it certainly is a nice, readable diagram. Well done.
I've tried to follow schematics, and diagrams but ultimately will make a mistake someplace.
This is about as idiot proof as I can make it for myself.
The only problem is sometimes the wires color has faded and it's hard to tell which is which.
I hope to make as many of these, for as many different phones as I can find time to.
