Kellogg / SC Candlestick?

I'm trying to pin down which model this phone is.

Is this a Kellogg / Stromberg Carlson bitsa (bitsa this and bitsa that). I can see elements of both; Kellogg transmitter and receiver, the rest looks SC?

So I can rebuild this back into the correct two candlesticks, guess that puts me on the lookout for a complete SC transmitter head and earpiece.

And everything else Kellogg...
