Rare version of the Oslo Telegrafverket phone (reverce dial)

Not mine, but the seller seems to be serious.What makes this so rare?  The hook (fork) is a brittle version they left in 1940, and replaced it with a metal solution.  The total number of these made between 1934 and 1954 was about 120 000 and in 1960 it was still 7000 in use. (telcos property)

The phone itselves was made by Elektrisk Bureau, but the dial was made by Standard (almoast = STC) The black paint is originally 6 layers! All specified by the Oslo telco (OTA).

The voice circuit is pretty equal to WE 300 series.
