phone blasphemy

I was looking at rotary phones on Pinterest and ran into this homemade novelty. They are suggesting turning old rotary phones into lamps.
It seems like phone blasphemy to me.... but I suppose it could be done with old parts.

No problem with the post being left up, and, yes, there is a topic on Lamp Phone Atrocities started in May of 2009 and currently one of the forum's longer topics.
