Rare Western Electric Payphone Hook

I saw this payphone hook in a BSP and had never seen one until one turned up at a show. I think it must have been very late in the game. I know of no other that exist.

They turn up from time to time.
There's one in the 233 I have on Ebay now #302197323351.
Also have one in the 236 that's on my bench that I use to test controllers.

Hi Jim, I've had a few phones with that hook myself.  Not common but they are out there.  Maybe it is more of a New York thing!
