What is it worth...(WE 51AL?)

I'm wondering what I should offer this antique dealer. I haven't worked with him but apparently he won't give you a price, just wants you to give him a value.  I want to be in the ballpark with the number.  It looks like original paint but I haven't seen it in person yet, only the photo.

I bought one with a subset for 175+ S&H.  I would offer somewhere around $125, but I would not pay much more than $150.

I think for an apparently barn-fresh looking set, you should offer no more than you are comfortable paying without regret, less some for negotiation. This level is different for everyone. You have to walk away pleased.
The most expensive part of a complete 51AL is typically the No. 2 dial, which can sell for $100 in good shape.  This one doesn't have a dial.

I bought a complete set with 2AA dial and original subset, but missing the mouthpiece for about $135 plus shipping.
