Certainly not every BSP, but its free, and there is more than in that book for $1,000 has in it.

I was told it is the same person with those 2 ID's and he has a third also. I found this out from an ATCA member after I was sniped by 195bdwy on a phone he was also bidding on.
That's a surprising price for a BSP that doesn't have much in it that's of interest to the average collector.
