I see several online photos of blue original WE 302 thermoplastic phones, but the colors vary from turquoise to  medium blue shades. I suppose this is because of monitor or lighting variations. Is the true color more of a blue shade than a turquoise shade? Does anyone have an actual color code such as a pantone number? Thanks.

You are probably seeing pictures of faded Blue 302s, they take on a Greenish shade with excessive nicotine staining. A true-color Blue 302 is very medium to dark blue, with maybe a hint of Green that separates it from strict Blue. I don't have a Pantone number for it, but I'm sure someone here does.

After looking at many 302 blue phone photos online and comparing pantone colors, it appears pantone number 308 is a close match. The difference in pantone shades can be very subtle, hard to tell.

I matched it to this color patch once.

This is (R,G,B] = [38,82,110]  or in hex:  #26526e

Here is a comparison of the WECo blues of the 1950s.

Thanks Unbeldi,
That looks very close to the correct color.
