Thanks Stub,

I purchased the monophone tool for removing the nameplate but, I think I'll just clean it with the cradle on as I don't want to spend anymore money on tools  ::)

                I wouldn't remove the cradle on this phone either and I have a spanner wrench !!! I would be afraid it might crack :'( during assembly!!!!! VERY nice phone indeed!!!! stub

Phone has been taken completely apart, cleaned, and reassembled.  After photo was taken tonight but, at some point during the day I'll take more photos.  Some very mild pitting on parts of the chrome and a stain on the dial card.  Bakelite is practically mint!
