To me, the dial tone seems off from what I'm used to. Anyone else think that?
From what I remember, that was done intentionally to distinguish between the land line tone versus the tone provided by the KSU.
I've had a few over the years, none have ever been precise.
Makes it easier to know you went from KSU to land-line

Makes sense. And the manual has no option for change. It's all good. The thing works great!
I had a mitel SX5, it used standard phone's, you could do a lot with that, but changing the dial tone was not an option.
I've used Panasonic before to great system versatile and fun to play with.
Whew this 308 is unbelievably cool. Have 5 phones wired up so far. Fished wires. Looks clean.
