How would this attach to a stick?

It is cool, but a bit pricey. I don't see any screws threads and it looks big enough to tip a stick over.

Anyone have one attached to a stick or a picture of one attached?...Doug

I don't think it is meant to attach. The end with the holes in it looks like the correct size to put inside a normal mouthpiece. I believe you just hold it and speak.
I could be wrong, that happened once or twice ::)

It actually clips to the mouthpiece.  Your picture is missing the spring loaded attachment that is needed.

I saw that listing.  that price is pretty outrageous considering it's missing one of the main parts - it's pretty useless without the attachment.

I wonder whether the black cylinder is just hollow or contains "something"?
