One of the first PBXs I ever worked on was a NEC. I have come full circle as I found a real nice bakelite NEC phone. Nippon Electric Company. I have been looking for one for awhile. This was a mess. Bakelite cleaned up line a dream, but the handset was broken inside where the cap screws on. Three pieces, only one secured to the handset. I glued it back together (a perfect fit) and it screwed on and held!! Cords were destroyed, so I replace a NOS handset cord and a black modular. I am more than happy with the final product....Doug

This is a Japanese #4 phone.  There were some posts here before about these.  One is here: thread link.
