Need help to install a Rotatone in a belgian phone

Hi.

I've purchased recently a Rotatone pulse to tone converter.

I searched on the internet to get a tutorial to connect it in my old Belgian phone, but there aren't any instructions corresponding to the model I have.
I tried a few combinations of connections with no success.
