Will a 2-line 558 ring on both lines?

I have just installed a 558 in our kitchen.  My plan is to connect one line to the outside line and the other to my Panasonic 616 for an in-house system.  In testing, I see where only the first line (terminals 1 and 2) will activate the ringer.  The second line (terminals 3 and 4) will not ring.  Is this correct?

I see the red and black ringer wires do connect to terminals 1 and 2 so that seems to explain it.  Any way to make both lines ring?

Thanks for any input - I tried to search on this one, but didn't see the answer!

No the 558 will not ring on 2 lines.
You will need a 2nd bellbox or a high voltage buzzer connected
to the 2nd line. The buzzer would fit inside of the phone and it has
spade's on the end so you can connect it to the pana pbx.
If you place a request on the want adds will may luckout and someone
will have the buzzer.  P.S. The buzzer will have the cap built in to
the wiring leads. Do not use a keysystem 10 buzzer or you will have a  short on the 2nd line.

Thanks Phil for the input!   I suspected that might be the case.  I'll consider the buzzer idea.  I may also just use the ringer line for my internal 616.  We have other phones for the outside line that are within earshot.  Thanks again.
