1940s WE booth hardware?

My Dad knows a guy who has a 1940s WE phone booth, and when he got it, it was missing the door. He eventually found the correct door, but the door he found was missing the hardware. Does anyone have (or know someone who has) hardware for one of these, hardware such as hinges, latches, handle, etc.
