That's exactly what it is.

For some reason, Phoneco insists on using that terminology for a 5300-series set.  I tried correcting them in the 1990s.  OTOH, they also make models with 4" dials.  Try finding a BSP for that!

W35G4 is their ordering code and w/q indicates that they give a wholesaler discount on the item.

It's likely a Phoneco dealer.  Phoneco has a number of dealers, who buy at the wholesale price and resell with a markup.  Many aren't phone experts and blindly copy the Phoneco terminology.

Are these Phoneco guys butchers or opportunists?  Seems they sell repro or cobbled together stuff.

From what I see, I wouldn't trust them.
