I just saw this on eBay.... looks like something someone painted.  lol

Looks like they tried to make it look like a mainland european style telephone, with the numbers in the dial centre instead of on the dial surround, shame there's no pictures of it's innards to see what colour it used to be...

I think it was black. Look at the inside of the housing on the photo of the bottom.

To make it uniform, they had to paint over the numbers on the bezel forcing them to put the numbers on the dial card.

That dial center could have been made in Norway :-)
