Thank you for your interest in Classic Rotary Phones.  If you would like to become a member so that you can post comments and questions, simply click the "Register" link at the top of the home page.  Once you complete the registration process your request for membership will be e-mailed immediately to me for approval.

Until now we have allowed self-registration.  There has been a huge increase in people joining simply for the purpose of posting links to web sites, or other activity that I refer to as SPAMMER activity.  As a result I have changed the Registration process so that the prospective member must send me an e-mail with a very short description of your intended activity.  I'm not concerned if the member ever makes a post, but I would like to know a little bit about you before I approve the membership.  An example might be.......

Hi, I am interested in old telephones.  I currently own a "so and so" and would like to know more about it... Perhaps a little more information so I know that you have legitimate intent with your membership.  Again, it doesn't matter to me if you ever make a post, but we would love for you to join in the conversation.  MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE THE USER  NAME IN YOUR E-MAIL THAT YOU USED WHEN REGISTERING.

You may send your e-mail to me at

Note:  I almost always approve registration requests in a matter of hours if not sooner.  There may be an occasion where it could be 24 hours.  If a couple of days has passed and you have not received a registration reply e-mail from me, please send me an e-mail at the e-mail address above.  I get many requests from "spammers" and I delete them.  With no accompanying e-mail I have no way of knowing your registration isn't another spammer.

Thank you for your interest in the Classic Rotary Phones forum.  We all look forward to your membership and participation!
