I just won this cool green FeTAp on Ebay. Looks like it was built in 1976 by SEL. The button on this telephone looks either to be a call transfer button or earth button. I was lucky enough that this telephone is in the states so no crazy shipping pricing!! Link: http://tinyurl.com/9vrmsu6

If you saw the Bundespost Telefon post in the Auction talk section, the phone came in the mail today. This phone has so much grease on it. I had to wash my hands to just clean off the grease. The cords are the worst, coated with grease. There is a little discoloration on the phone but I will try to fix it, and there also some stress cracks, but not all the way through the plastic of the housing. This phone is a model 612 with the call transfer button. I will also mention the dent on the handset, im not sure how it got there but it may have come in contact with something very hot or something heavy was resting on it. I do know the dent was there already! Here are pictures

Maybe the 'grease' is the platicizer sweating out of the cords? This can also cause a dent in the plastic of the phone itself if the sweating cords are in contact with the phone for a long time.

BTW SEL stands for Standard Elektrik Lorenz AG now known as Alcatel-Lucent Deutschland AG.
