WANTED: Round toucHrhtone dial pad info. & photos

Hello,  I am looking for photos and information on the round touchtone dial pads like the ones ATC/Decotel put into some of their phones like their Cradlephones,  "Circle" and some of their Candlestick sets,  please.

I've seen a couple that appear to have the same number of leads as their standard tone dial used in their other sets. I know the Genie set uses the same dial,  but it's connector to the network is different than the one with the leads.

It has 2 places for mounting screws in back.

I have a ATC "Circle" set with this dial,  which is  functioning nicely, but the way it's placed inside my phone, I don't want to risk messing it up.

I've attached a photo to show it... There is a raised dot on the "0" button.

What I'm looking for if I can't find any documentation are front and back photos,  showing the dial leads, please.

Any feedback and assistance is welcomed.

I have seen one in a Princess set, but not in a D1 -- yet! Sounds like a good project.
