And the GTE phone booth at 600 3rd Street in Mt. Vernon is still there...

I went to Mt. Vernon yesterday, this phone booth is still there, although it's a bit janky and somebody has put red paint on the keypad (also kinda ironic that it's a Pacific Bell phone in a GTE booth). I also found another pay phone at River Rock Tobacco & Fuel (23704 13th Ave NE Arlington) while pulling in for gas (I've tried to contact Frontier Communications, about repair of this phone, but I haven't been able to successfully contact them yet). On the way back in Mt. Vernon, I found an old exchange probably from the Bell System era. Pictures attached.

I believe I found another phone, this time at the WA state fairgrounds, thanks to this page: https://www.payphone-project.com/washington-state-fairgrounds-payphone-accepts-incoming-calls-253-848-0302.html. When I called it, the phone made the fax-modem noise so I think it's still there.

There are also 2 booths w/ phones and 1 open pay phone at Kalaloch Lodge in Olympic National Park, but when I was last there on a camping trip, I believe the 2 booths were out of service or disconnected, and the open phone was temporarily out of service.

Update to this quoted post: I'm going camping up at Kalaloch Campground, so when I go there on Thursday, I'll be sure to snap some pictures (and bring a nice chunk of change  ) of the 2 booths (both booths have phones, or at least when I was there) and the singular phone attached to the lodge.

When I was there a couple of years ago, none of the phones were working, which is unfortunate as there is no cellular service at that location.
Also, it may be the last chance to see the cabins closest to the beach.  The bluff is eroding, and the cabins are at risk of going over.

When I go there, I'll also not dial tone status. I believe I remember that the phone attached to the building, had a sign reading something along the lines of "This phone is temporarily out of service", but I think I remember hearing that the folks running the building had called the phone company to get it fixed, but I may be remembering wrong.

Unfortunately, the 3 pay phones at Kalaloch Lodge have no dial tone. The 2 pay phones in the booths are Bell System phones, so they were probably carried by AT&T until 2006.

The 3 pay phones at the lodge (1 phone on building, 2 phones in booths) numbers are:
