AT&T Dataphone ll $25.00.
Amp "butterfly" tool with case $ 75.00 .Comb has some broken teeth but I used it to plug many cables.Still have 25 pr cables around 75 feet or so with an amp connector on the telephone end  offers .Might scrap  do not install 1A2 systems anymore

I don't think Dataphone II identifies a specific modem.  Are there any other markings on it?  If it's an extruded rectangular aluminum tube with gray transparent ends you might have to slide the circuit board out to find markings which identify what's actually inside.
