I have this dial, and are not able to identify it.  The label is just glued on many years ago, but I rember it was because it just had been a threaded screw there , but it was cut off/broken.

Looks like a modern version of a Merk dial as used on an SA 25 Kuhfuss.

It is a direct decedent of a Mercedes dial.

That's a very good observation Jack.
It seems the same Merk model was also used in Fuld Frankfurt an Maingau phones:

What about the phone itself, is it known who made it? Are the decorations (Norwegian Coat of Arms) authentic?

That dial is very close to a Mercedes dial - it has the same ratchet arrangement.

It is quite possible it is a "standard" dial that was made by several manufacturers.

The dial would be an add-on to the phone so the identity of one will not imply the identity of the other.

As I told you this one is one of those I got in bad shape, here is a picture taken from a book.

The original (first dial) was probably a BTMC 7000-series, my guess is 7006A for Oslo.
Yes this dial is something put there on a later time.  So is the label in front.

Thank you for all help and inspiration. The mounting for the dial had holes for mounting a BTM 7006 dial (I have not found any difference between that and the 7002 dial)
Now it is working, and looks like original.

Yes, now I'm sure it is definitely the same dial as Jack and Countryman referred to on the first pictures, and here is a phone with an equal dial  http://www.classicrotaryphones.com/forum/index.php?topic=24315.msg241647#msg241647
