Hello., I am using a 302 base/subset and the candlestick is working well.

I have ended up with the black 2MF capacitor wire lose and don't know where to connect it.

If the black 2MF capacitor wire is isolated/eliminated and the wire IS NOT USED will it impact the operation of the telephone?
