Unusual weather pattern.

We are experiencing a very unusual weather pattern today. It is never overcast or thunderstorms here in June, except for morning June Gloom.. This is a photo of side by side inverted funnels. Anyone have an idea what theses are called or what they indicate. reminds me of photos I've seen before a tornado.

What part of the country are you from? Here in southern CA, it rained today.

We've been having strange weather patterns since late last year. Things are starting to look normal, which isn't alway good because hurricane season started Monday.

I'm in Anza, Up in the mountains above Temecula.
Jorge, I can see rain off in the distance, but never seen cloud patterns here like this one.

We do get very strong dust funnels, and today the wind pattern is moving in two directions at the same time. If a funnel would develope in the area of those clouds, I could almost imagine a tornado starting. I have a 10 foot aluminum satelite dish laying against the build, and one day a dust funnel took it 15 feet into the air, like it was a paper plate.
