Tell him I think I know his problem. If it is microsoft Windows, he needs to run updates.
I'm on my old computer now. It was kicking me off ARF. Not anymore!
Using microsoft repair tools from their site, and, another repair tool, I have the old computer running very well now.

I am borrowing my pa's laptop right now and am dropping in to say hello.  I am hoping to get a desktop soon.  My laptop is on its last leg and I'm just limping it along until I get the funds together.
