I received a new toy for Christmas this year,  an XLink BTTN. What fun!  ;D We don't have landlines in our apartment, not even one jack for a wall phone exists in this place, and I have had a 302 sitting on my desk for months looking unused and bored. Well not anymore baby! I would recommend buying one of these suckers if you're like me and only have a cell. It works just fine with my iPhone, I can dial and receive calls normally on the 302. I don't work for the company just an FYI. Old Phone Works dot com offers this product, but it is available cheaper through other locations on the web. Happy New Year!

I'm looking at one on my desk right now, and I'm enjoying it.

If I were you, I'd make sure you find and download the software for it.  I don't know if you've noticed, but as delivered, the newest units are at full gain.

The software allows you to turn down the volume.

And for those of us who *do* have a POTS, it will allow you to change the ringer on the phone that is attached to the XLink so that you can tell which line is ringing.
Annoying new poster.
