I have a BK1050 that I have found I hardly use. If anyone is interested, I will sell it for $75 + shipping, which as I remember is less than I paid for it. I also have the manual for it.

If you watch, you will find the BK unit for around $50 at times. One sold within the past week for $50. Both the RS and BK testers are roughly as utilitarian as the other, performing the same tests, but the BK is a much smaller unit and take up less room. I had an RS tester for a number of years, and only gave it away when I found an affordable BK 1045.

Many of the Radio Shack testers are pretty worn out. They were mainly used as in-store testers. I prefer the BK 1045's they are nice and compact. The 1050 is a better quality more impressive tester, but the 1045's  are still my favorite.

PS Chuck's 1050 for $75.00 and shipping is a nice price.
