Telecallmart and Callcentric solves my need for IP telephony better than any Norwegian provider. Both services are prepaid, and my only monthly fee are for the Norwegian telephone number from Telecallmart, at only $1.14. Callcentric provides me with a free N.Y. Phone number. The call rates are reasonable from Callcentric, and even better at Telecallmart. They have very good support, the only snag so far are some setup problems with Telecallmart when the ISP are the telco: Telenor, but it works fine in my house with the ISP: GET.
This looks almost to good to be true, but I have not found any drawback so far.
My next tests will be to try it at the job network, it is usually blocking SIP, but I hope I may get around since Telecallmart may use port 7172.

Yes it is to good to be...

At least, I have had some trouble with the sound, When I call out, I may hear the other end but not the other way, and when someone calls me, I cant hear them.
