Those appear to be the late 70s - early 80s version with the one-piece plastic fingerwheel that attaches to the main shaft with a center screw only.  The only type of number labels that work for those are the self-adhesive type, or you can search office supply stores for self-adhesive paper circles of the same size.

Or if you want a plain white (or whatever) dial center, use self-adhesive plastic shelf paper, cut a square that will fit over the area in question, and *carefully* use an exacto knife to trim away the excess.

A couple of years ago I went looking for screws and plastic discs with which to create removable number label covers for these types of dials (I have a bunch of AE key sets with this style fingerwheel), without much luck.  (More details if anyone's interested.)
