Dont know but the handset appears British and the dial German.possibly a Standard Electric with a replaced handset

Yes, the dial is no doubt German.

The housing looks like a derivative of the Ericsson 31. Like the French model. The handset also could be Ericsson, but not the standard French handset. Odd combination, this. But also hard to tell from this angle.
