Does anyone know what this dial is please?

It couldn't be North American given the "MN" on the '6' and the 'O' on the '0'.  Did any British (or possibly Commonwealth country) dials have "Operator" on the '0'?

Not sure a photo of the back or telephone might help  .Has N American plate. Looks like it might be a modified # 10 British dial but more like the Danish clone which had extra holes and the finger stop could get moved .

This photo shows a (drilled?) hole near fingerstop.

Re commonwealth dials, I can find no images showing letters that match.

I think rdelius may be on the right track...

If the '6' has the letters "MN" and not "MNO", then it wouldn't be a North American dial.  The British and French dials had "MN" on the '6'.
