Is this a straight handset or a line cord?

This is on an April 52 500 I got a while back.  I never paid much attention to the line cord until now when I dug it out to see if there was a date on the restraint.  The part I wonder about is the end that connects to the phone, it looks more like a handset cord.  4 wires, 2 are taped off, the black and yellow.  But it's also very long for a handset cord.

It's a line cord. These fat cords were supposed to tangle less than the small diameter cords.

Part number should be on the strain relief.
1st: D=Mounting cord H=Handset Cord R=Receiver Cord.
2nd: Number of conductors
3rd: Arbitrary letter(s) to identify the cord

After I looked at it more closely I could see that it was just stuffed in too far, so the part that I was wondering about made sense if it's positioned under the mouse hole.
