That is a D-type handset mounting (D1,...) , likely for a 202 telephone (anti-sidetone) because it has 1950s rubber cords.
The dial, or at least the finger wheel has been replaced, it's an aluminum type, while the original ones were painted brass.
The handset is grooveless, but that doesn't tell much about its age, 1930-1937, the caps do have groove it seems, so probably mean the end of that period (35-37).
The transmitter has been upgraded to F1.
The number card is probably from Providence, Rhode Island. Early 50s ?

The set requires a 684A or 684BA subset.
