I have no idea why I have this song in my head but I watched the video and I saw this What I think is a GPO set at about 1:20

Now this song has to go  ;D

Tele 746 with a bell on-off switch.

Its a 746 with a MKI case where the handset cradle slopes down, this caused handset slippage, and the MKII case had raised ribs to make it sit better.
