Reproduction Mushroom Phone Hood

I know it was mentioned here a few times before, but does anyone have a source for the repro, or perhaps original mushroom phone hoods?  I have a black 500 P/U from 6-60 that is missing a hood.  Any help is appreciated!  Jim

I bought a reproduction cap from John LaRose.  He is a collector that makes them.  At the time I bought mine he made them in white and black.  His price at the time was $32.50 plus shipping.  The cap is a very nice reproduction.  It is not painted white inside like the originals.  It's no problem to brush a little white paint inside which helps reflect the light.
