Meanwhile we have been able to get round trip flights from Vancouver to Australia for about $600 Canadian lately as compared to the more usual $2000 ish. Buy a dozen of those books and I'll bring them to you!

First editions of this book have "Golden Boy"  on the back cover of the dust jacket.
Later editions have the telephone pioneers emblem.
There is also the deluxe "leather" edition w/ ribbon bookmark,
as well as an economy paperback edition.

These are the only variations that I have seen/owned. There may be others.

Buy the book. Take it to a "Real " print shop, and have them cut off the spine with a hydraulic paper shear , Now you have "Large"  prints of some very cool and historic telephones.
For less than $10.00.
