Nnice!It tells about how to connect to the terminals. 
I believe those phones was delivered with several circuit versions depending on the marked.

One diagram could have been equal or close to one of these:

Some versions had automatic line compensation connected to the ind. coil terminal 2 and 3, some had in addition to that a compensation shunted with the transmitter.
