Wow, you booked a hotel to go to the phone show?! "I'm not obsessed, I am an enthusaist!" I'm going to, so I'm also obsessed.

Yah, staying a night at a spiffy hotel, slightly obsessed eh?  It also makes for good relations with the missus, and she's actually looking forward to seeing the show.  The cool thing about San Jose is that hotels are significantly cheaper on the weekends than on the weekdays, the opposite of most places.
