Screwed on rubber feet, 5302/ 500

Ran across this auction on eBay today. It's a 1947 WE 302 with screwed on rubber feet, like that on the 5302.

Hadn't seen this before so did a search of the forum and found this thread.

Any ideas on the value or worth of that phone? Or its position in the conversion from leather to rubber?
