Auction 168: WE 1958 Date Matching Clear 500 - Ended 3-26-15

Just listed about 12 hours ago in a 7 day auction with no reserve (with thanks to WEBellSystemChristian for the heads up on this auction) is a very nice condition seller declared date matching clear WE 500. Looks like WE parts but hard to tell on the clear housing, at least for me. It was listed at $9.99 and picked up three bids so far pushing the price up to $27.39. I know that will increase over the next 6 days but, again, the question is how much? So, who best knows what this phone will sell for when the actions ends?

The seller listed it as an "RARE clear 500 set western electric 1958 matching dates rotary telephone" with the item condition as "Used" and " - - - " with the auction listing description saying "Up for auction is my 1958 clear, soft plastic Western Electric rotary telephone. All dates match on the various components. June 1958. I was hesitant to open this phone up, but wanted to show how clean this phone is through pictures. Interior is near mint, chubby gray handset and line cord are original and in excellent condition. The housing, handset exterior and dial are in very good shape, some scuffing and very light swirl marks from light use and cleaning over the years. One tiny crack on front of housing, had to look pretty hard to find it. This is an exceptionally rare telephone in fantastic overall condition."
